The pilot training course syllabus followed by Ambitions Flying Club shall be categorised in the following schedules.
SPL - STUDENT PILOTS LICENCE
GOVERNMENT16 years of Age completion
The student/enthusiast/incumbent will have to provide proof of his age via a School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate or Passport
10th Standard Pass
Proof of having successfully completed 10th standard will have to be provided with a School Leaving Certificate
Class II Medical Test by D.G.C.A. Approved Doctor
A Medical examination will have to be undertaken by D.G.C.A (Director General of Civil Aviation) approved Doctor.
The form to be filled up is a standard Government Issue form - CA-34. This form is available with the Doctor or can be acquired from The Ambitions Flying Club
THEORY
Oral Examination in Basic Aviation : This examination is conducted by the CFI (Chief Flying Instructor) of the Academy along with an official of the DGCA. Basic Aviation notes are given to the students from which the test is conducted.
PPL - PRIVATE PILOTS LICENCE
GOVERNMENT17 years of Age completion
The student/enthusiast/incumbent will have to provide proof of age via a School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate or Passport
10th Standard Pass

Pass in Meteorology, Regulations, Navigation (Composite Paper), Aircraft General (Aerodynamics), Aircraft Specific (Aircraft Type), and FRTOL (Flight Radio Telephony Operators Licence).
PRACTICAL 40 Hours of Flying as per Government Syllabus.
CPL - Commercial Pilots Licence GOVERNMENT - 18 years of Age completion
The student/enthusiast/incumbent will have to provide proof of age via a School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate or Passport
12th Standard Pass (equivalent with Maths & Physics)
Proof of having successfully completed 12th Standard will have to be provided with a School Leaving Certificate
Class I Medical Test by D.G.C.A. Approved Doctor
A Medical examination will have to be undertaken by D.G.C.A (Director General of Civil Aviation) approved Doctor.
The form to be filled up is a standard Government Issue form - CA-34. This form is available with the Doctor or can be acquired from The Ambitions Flying Club.
THEORY

I/R - Instrument Rating
40 Hours of Instrument Flight Time Out of Which 20 Hrs. May be on an Approved Synthetic Trainer.
(215-Hour Flight Time includes 25 hours Multi-Engine Time) Commercial Pilot Certification Course Single and Multi Engine Instrument Airplane Note: This course meets the minimum DGCA-India Requirements Previous Flight Experience Not Required 6 Month Duration
